Frequently asked questions
You become a Member of our Loyalty Program by registering as a customer on our website or in the app and making your first purchase. Your Loyalty discount applies from your first purchase.
Our LaDress Loyalty Programme is specially designed for our loyal customers. The more LaDress items you purchase, the higher your Membership status and the more discount you receive on our entire current collection.
Our memberships are based on net purchases via your account:
You can view your Membership Status in your shopping cart when logged in, or via the LaDress app.
After the return period of your order has expired, your Membership will be recalculated based on your net purchases. Returned items will therefore no longer count towards your Membership status.
Your discount applies to all styles, with the exception of discounted items such as Sale and Outlet items.
Yes, you can use a gift voucher in combination with your Member discount.
Your Member discount is no longer shown on every product, but it becomes visible as soon as you add an item to your shopping bag. This happens when you're logged in. Click the shopping bag to view your calculated discount.
The Member discount does not apply to items that are already on sale.
You can find your Loyalty Status in your LaDress account. Click the account icon in the top right and select 'Profile' on the page.
On the profile page, you'll see which Loyalty Status applies to you.
You can shop by size, colour, fabric or style using the menu bar at the top left of the page. Click on the image to go to the product details page for specific information. To add an item to your shopping bag, select the size (if applicable) and click ‘Add to cart’. Click the shopping bag icon at the top right to view the items in your bag. You can remove items by clicking the bin icon on the right. Click ‘Continue shopping’ to keep browsing, or click ‘Checkout’ to pay and follow the steps in the checkout.
Please note: prices are in euros including 21% VAT. Shipping and returns are free for items from the current collection within the Netherlands and the EU. Return costs for Outlet/Sale items are at your own expense.
Yes, you can also check out as an anonymous guest. Please note that your Member discount will not be applied in this case.
Once your order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel it. Always check your order carefully before checking out.
Yes, after placing your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Also check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
You can pay with: iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Belfius, EPS or a LaDress gift voucher.
Our orders are processed on working days. We do our best to deliver orders placed before 20:00 the next working day. During busy periods or carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer. You will receive a track & trace code by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Existing, still-valid discount codes or promotional codes also work on the new website. If your discount code doesn't work, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
If you've received a gift voucher by email or as a gift, it works a little differently. For more information, see the explanation under 'How can I use my existing gift voucher?'.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has been processed, including a tracking link to follow your order. Through this link, you can track your parcel with your chosen carrier.
You can also find the track & trace code in your account under your order.
We recommend consulting our size guide before placing an order. For each item you will also find specific fit information and size advice on the product page. Still unsure? Our Customer Service team is happy to help.
All our items are made from high-quality fabrics:
Most of our fabrics are machine washable and wrinkle-resistant. Always check the care label in your item for specific washing instructions. In general, we recommend washing at 30 degrees with a little fabric softener. Hang items to dry – do not tumble dry.
We strive for the highest quality. Does an item show a manufacturing defect? We will gladly resolve it for you, either through repair, replacement, or a gift voucher to the value of your purchase. Our guarantee applies up to one year after purchase.
Sustainability is an important theme for us. We use 100% recycled yarns in our travel jersey collection, organic cotton in selected items, and work with eco-friendly production partners in the EU. We continue to commit to reducing our environmental impact.
We currently do not offer a buy now, pay later option (such as Klarna or Afterpay).
Yes. All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection that encrypts your data. For credit card payments, an additional verification step (3-D Secure) protects you against unauthorised use. Only you as the legitimate owner can make an online payment with your credit card.

At checkout you will find a field to enter your gift voucher code. The value will be automatically deducted from your order total. You can also use a voucher in multiple instalments – the remaining balance will remain available until the expiry date (two years after purchase).
If you've received a LaDress gift voucher, we've added the balance of the gift voucher to your account in the form of store credit.
You can find the store credit in your profile overview under 'Payment method'. You can add the store credit as a payment method in your shopping bag. The amount will then be deducted from the total.
If you received a LaDress gift voucher as a gift from someone else and that voucher is still valid, you're entitled to a replacement gift voucher. We've sent an email about this to the person who purchased the gift voucher. You can contact our Customer Service team regarding this.

LaDress ships all orders within the European Union free of charge using a standard service. Orders are shipped with DHL, Budbee or PostNL (at a small surcharge) in the Netherlands, and with FedEx or DPD to international destinations.

This depends on your chosen carrier. In most cases, you can change the delivery address via your chosen carrier, by clicking the tracking link you receive by e-mail.
When delivered via PostNL or DHL, you will receive a notification with the option to choose a different delivery time or a pick-up point. Please check the track & trace link in your shipping confirmation for the current status and options.
DHL and PostNL deliver on working days and on Saturdays. For another chosen carrier, please check via the track&trace link you receive in your shipping confirmation. No deliveries take place on Sundays or official public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code by email in your shipping confirmation. You can also find your track & trace code in your account. You can use this to follow the status of your parcel in real time your chosen carriers website.
We insure all parcels during transport from LaDress to the delivery address against theft and damage. Once the parcel has been signed for, it is no longer covered.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (excluding public holidays).
On the new LaDress website, you no longer need a password. You can enter your e-mail address to log in and the first time you will receive a 6 number code in your e-mail for verification. If you do not receive this code by e-mail, please check your spam folder.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
LaDress handles your personal data with care. We only share your data with parties directly involved in the processing and shipment of your order. Please read our full privacy policy for more information.
You are very welcome at LaDress in Amsterdam, De Lairessestraat 109. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. In addition, we regularly organise Pop-up Boutiques throughout the Netherlands and in Belgium. You can check out dates and locations here.

There is generally a 3 working day processing period between receipt of your returned items and the processing of your return. The refund amount will then be transferred back to the account used for payment, usually within 1-2 working days.
The refund will appear under the name 'SP LaDress'. If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please contact our Customer Service team.
No. Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase and cannot be returned. The total value can also be redeemed in instalments across multiple orders.
If you have received a wrong size or product please send an e-mail to info@ladress.com, our customer service team is happy to help.
You can apply for Business Membership via corporate@ladress.com. Please include your company and billing details with your application and we will process it immediately.
Log in to LaDress.com with your Business account (click ‘Login’ at the top right). Once logged in, your Business Member discount of 20% will be applied automatically.
As a Business Member, you can order all items from our current collection with a 20% discount, excluding Sale and Outlet items. We also have a selection of permanent business styles in black, midnight blue and ivory, which are continuously restocked.
