Binnen deze functie ben jij een
LaDress ambassadeur. Je krijgt energie van het leveren van de beste service. Je
luistert naar de klant, lost graag problemen op en je maakt onze klanten graag
blij.

Werkzaamheden:

·     Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor
de LaDress klant; je beantwoordt de telefoon, handelt mails af en live chat met
de klant.

·     Je plaatst orders en verwerkt deze administratief.

·     Ondersteunt het logistieke proces en
communicatie met onze fulfilment partner wanneer dat nodig is.

·     Draagt actief bij om de klanttevredenheid te vergroten.

 Wat verwachten wij van jou?

·    Je bent communicatief sterk, optimistisch en een teamplayer.

·    Je bent iemand die goed kan schakelen tussen
verschillende werkzaamheden en klanten.

·    MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau.

Creative Content Intern (4–5 Days per Week)

Creative Content Intern | 4–5 Days per Week (to be agreed upon)

Your role

As a Creative Content Intern, you will support the Content and E-commerce team in creating, managing and optimizing visual content for our online channels, newsletters and social media platforms.

What will you do?

• Design and create simple visual content (such as styling tips and weekend inspiration) and edit/adapt Reels.
• Keep selected sections of our social media channels and website up to date (updating visuals and making minor content changes).
• Edit, fine-tune and format newsletters in Klaviyo.
• Provide graphic design support for events and LaDress Pop-up Boutiques.
• Assist with still-life and packshot photography.

Performance Marketer | 4 or 5 days per week

As our Performance Marketer, you'll work from the heart of our business at our inspiring headquarters on De Lairessestraat in Amsterdam.

In this role, you'll take ownership of our online marketing activities. Together with the agencies you manage, you'll optimize campaigns across multiple channels while combining your performance marketing expertise with in-house knowledge of the LaDress brand and customer experience. Your goal is simple: drive sustainable growth.

You'll work closely with our Content Creation and E-commerce teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor LaDress's online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Continuously improve marketing performance by leveraging the right creative content, analyzing large datasets, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing the customer journey.
• Test, learn and scale: experiment with new strategies, channels and ideas to drive growth.
• Connect offline and online marketing activities to maximize their combined impact.
• Help prioritize and implement GEO, SEO and CRO improvements in collaboration with external specialists and the internal e-commerce team.

This is a varied and challenging role where you'll have the opportunity to broaden your marketing expertise, achieve measurable results, and collaborate with both an enthusiastic internal team and experienced external partners.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent working and thinking level.
• 3–5 years of experience in an online marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of social and search advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to interpret campaign performance, optimize results, and effectively challenge and manage external agencies.
• Experience in B2C e-commerce and an affinity with fashion.
• An interest in data integration, data sharing, and data processing, with the ability to combine analytical thinking ("math") with creativity ("magic").

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a passion for sales!

As a Sales Associate for our LaDress Pop-up Boutiques, you'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same. Every two to three weeks, we host Pop-up Boutiques on Thursdays and Fridays at beautiful locations across the Netherlands.

At each location, you will be responsible for setting up and styling the boutique, welcoming customers, and driving sales. You know the collection inside out and can confidently advise customers in finding the perfect outfit for every occasion. As the ultimate host, your enthusiasm, service, and personal approach will help make every Pop-up Boutique a success.
