Together, we are responsible for our planet. Since returns have a significant impact on the environment, we want to reduce the number of returns as much as possible.

If you can make a more conscious choice when placing your order and thus avoid returning items, we would love to reward you for that. 

So, we want to try something new: if you don’t return anything from your order(s) placed between March 27 and March 31, 2025, you will receive a reward in the form of shop credit.

If you’re completely happy with your purchases and won’t be returning anything, email us at info@ladress.com to claim your shopcredit! See below for how it works.

*Terms and conditions

  • This promotion applies to orders originally placed between March 27 and March 31, 2025.
  • Claim your shop credit by emailing info@ladress.com with your order number and request before April 15, 2025.
  • After your 30-day return period has expired and if you haven’t returned anything, you will receive your shop credit in the form of a unique personal code.
  • Your shop credit can be used once for a purchase from our current collection and can be combined with your Membership discount. We do not refund shop credit.
  • Shop credit cannot be used to purchase Sale or Outlet items.
  • A maximum of one shop credit will be awarded per customer, even if multiple orders were placed during the promotion period.
  • If you placed multiple orders, you will only qualify for shop credit if no items were returned from any of your orders.
  • Your shop credit is valid for two months after issuance.
  • If you return an item after the return period, we reserve the right to either send the item back at your expense or not return the item to you. In the latter case, you will receive a refund for your purchase minus the amount of the claimed shop credit.
