LONDON CITY TRAIL

THE CITY TRAIL

City days.

Autumn layers.

There’s something about London in autumn. The streets get busier, the layers get better and suddenly your calendar is full again.

City Trail is inspired by days spent walking from neighbourhood to neighbourhood — stopping for coffee, wandering through a gallery, staying out for dinner.

The wardrobe follows the same route. Tailored, comfortable and ready to go wherever the day does.

The palette

City shades

London stripped back to its essentials. Black, Ivory, Midnight Blue and a touch of LaDenim set the tone for a wardrobe that feels sharp, understated and distinctly autumnal.

Clean. Confident. Easy to combine.

What to wear

The city uniform,

the LaDress way

Busy days require clothes that keep up. Start with good trousers. Add a blouse or knit. Throw on a blazer when the calendar calls for it.

Black, Midnight Blue and Ivory do most of the work. You just have to decide where you’re going next.

What to wear

Country dressing,
the LaDress way

No dress code required. Cotswold Way is built around pieces that feel polished without trying too hard: soft knits, relaxed tailoring, satin blouses and denim you can actually walk in.

Layer them. Mix them. Add boots. Repeat all weekend.

THE CITY LIST

A day in London, well spent.

01

Start with coffee

Preferably somewhere worth walking an extra block for.

02

Get some culture

A museum, a gallery, or both. Tate Modern to Mayfair and everything in between.

03

Walk everywhere

Pick a neighbourhood. Skip the shortest route.

04

Make a night of it

Dinner, theatre, a concert. Your outfit already works.

CITY BLACK

Black. Obviously.

Some things simply make sense in London.

Sharp tailoring, easy trousers and layers in Black make getting dressed one less thing to think about on busy city days.

Wear it head-to-toe. Break it up with Ivory. Add Midnight Blue after dark.

AFTER DARK

Meet you in Midnight Blue.

The day isn’t necessarily over just because the sun went down.

Midnight Blue takes tailoring, knits and easy layers from gallery afternoon to dinner reservation — no outfit change required.

AUTUMN, LAYER BY LAYER

Lighten up.

Ivory gives all those darker city shades some breathing room. A blouse under a blazer, a soft knit with tailored trousers, or simply a lighter layer between all that Black and Midnight Blue.

A day in the city.

Dressed accordingly.

Coffee. Galleries. Long walks. Late lunches. Even later dinners.
